Can anyone help to get Floating roof tank design guidelines?

Most floating roof designs are proprietary information to the tank company’s.
In the 30 years I have doing this— with the exception of some new emissions requirements nothing has really changed much. Most all the guidelines and standard procedures are about the same.
API 650 is the first place I would start. Look at different tank company websites, you will see some good pictures.

There are many reputable tank company's in the USA that would be willing to help you out.
