Gasketed Joint Bolt Pattern Design

Hello All

My company is designing a rectangular pressure vessel. This vessel has rectangular flanges with gaskets in it. I am trying to understand what should be the distance between the bolt holes to ensure good clamping force between the flanges with gaskets. Any insight into the problem or any reference to the book which has this information is greatly appreciated.

One idea is to lok in standards and design of air coolers , there covers when flanges are sort of flanges !!

There is formulas in BS 5500 please chk it
