dynamic simulation in hysys...help me !!!!!!!

Hello everyone !!!!!!!!
I'm working on a dynamic simulation in hysys !!!... I'm simulating a batch distillation for the recovery of ethyl acetate.
I had no particular problems to load the reboiler and heat the mixture until the temperature begins to boil.
Now I will have to start the condensation of the liquid mixture to accumulate in the tank of reflux.
I'm having the following problems:
- Material balance are not correct in the condenser. (The flow of condensate is about 200 kg / h). The balances are correct only if the volume of condenser is 0.001 m3, but in reality this is not possible. At one point of the simulation appear the following messages:
1.zapped large volume error. The Material May Not Be in balance.uncheck the option "truncate the large volume integration errors" in the integrators.
2.A Some sort of numerical error has occurred. very low efficiency flash failed. Increased efficiencies to 5% did not help.
These errors are related to the condenser. what value of k (overall conductance) should I enter in the tab dynamic of condenser ?????
What value of integration step and maximum (related to tab integrator) should I use???
