I would like to simulate the bi-phase circulation from recovery heater and steam drum. I have Chemcad on my desk, but it is the first time I use it. I tried to manage it using the node elements, and having 5 pipes to simulate the 5 risers and at the end a node with fixed pressure to simulate the steam drum. It's difficult for me to understand which values put as input to obtain the squared matrix, n unknown values and n equations, to run the program. I have to adjust it on pressure, temperature, and steam ratio, but also I can't understand how to impose that I'm on the equilibrium liquid-vapor and pressure and temperature are biunivocal correlated. Is there someone skilled that has manage it? may I have informations about or the calculation file? my mail is gpzcla@inwind.it
