There is no dedicated commercial software available for this as Section III-NB uses stress analysis approach not analytical methods. You can use any FEA based software like ANSYS for design. also, this is not the right forum you are searching for.

Thanks for ur response. Is there any dedicated FEA software for it. I have heared about "FEPIPE". Have u any information?

Let us take a look on ASME III & VIII. Take out some similarities, utilize them and well known procedures of ASME VIII apply them to evaluate a problem of ASME III.
both utilize shear stress theory.
apply the procedures to ur problem and evaluate the result for ASME III limits.
