Storage Tanks - Wozniak & Mitchell Paper for API 650

Deari Collegues,

some times ago i could download a copy of the original paper of Wozniak & Mitchell where there can be found analytical formulas for some graphs included in API 650 Appendix E for Seismic evaluation.

Searching, currently, on the web i couldn't find it again.

The title is: Basics od Seismic design provisoons for elded steel oil storage tanks.
Does anyone have it?

I would be gratefull to a generous poster who still have a pdf copy of it.
