    Relative permeabilities for gas-condensate reservoir

    Hi all,

I am modeling gas injection into the gas-condensate reservoir and want to know what family of relative permeability keywords I should use in Eclipse. I am emphasizing that there is gas injection happening, which might be either miscible or immiscible.

Another thing is I have connate water saturation, which is not mobile.

I little confused with these keywords in Eclipse.

If you are injecting produced gas, then the process would have to be modelled in E300. In this case relative permeabilities are not needed to be modified.

ECLIPSE primarily uses two sets of relative permeability vs saturation functions grouped as families.

    Family 1: SWOF* SGOF* SLGOF
    Family 2: SWFN* SGFN* SGWFN* SOF2* SOF3* SOF32D

For gas condensate reservoirs always use Family two. For your scenario you will need SWFN* SOF3 and SGFN

Never mixed keywords from the two families in the same run.

    Enjoy simulating!
