Seismic Wont match wells

Hello geometry community.

I have got a dataset compound of a seismic volume and some wells.

I converted the wells to time using their checkshots and placed them in their respective positions.

Now the. Issue is the following



Some of the well won't match the beginning of the seismic volume.
I mean. I know the kb is above the seismic, but gr register should start in the same position as the seismic, doesn't it?


Am I right? How can I fix this issue?
