Anyone can share the best practice of loop test format?
You might go to Scribd dot com, a file sharing site and search for Loop Check .ppt
There's
- a power point called "Loop Checking",
- the first chapter of the ISA book, "Loop Checking: a Technician's Guide",
- another power point, "Loop Check: Operator's Guide"
Between those three you can probably cobble together something.
I seem to recall having seen the British Standard, Electrical and Instrumentation Loop Check asked for on this forum in the not too distant past, BS EN 62382. A search here might turn it up.
I can't provide links because this forum refuses to put up any post from me with a link in it.
