decrease in pressure could be due to loss...drilling break...or washout of drill pipe
and increase could be due bit balling of nozzle choking but other reason could also be

- Pump Pressure decrease, Pump can be leak
- Pump Pressure increase, the formation can be collapse.

Increase= Increase on drilling cuttings, plug in the system (mud pumps, mud lines, surface valves, drilling string),
Decrease = Washout in the surface systems (suctions, mud pump, mud line, stand pipe, valves, top drive, kelly system)
