Does anybody have a document or standard to design crude or gas header (manifold)?

in fact, I want to know which parameters should be considered in manifold design? As mentioned in IPS-E-PR-440 one of them is Ro*V^2 that should be less than 14800 (SI Units).

EVR=v/(c/Ro^0.5)

EVR must below 1.0 and c=100 and 122 for English and SI unit respectively then:

c < Ro^0.5 *v ....... Ro*v^2 > 10,000 or 14800


Do you know another parameter?
