Hi. This is my first post. (Excuse my bad english)

I'm looking for information about some correlation to correct gas metering through orifice plates. I have a horizontal test separator, with a 4" gas meter (Daniel). The minimun orifice plate to keep the beta ratio is above 0,17 is 0,650" (ID=3,826"). For some well tests, this orifice plate is so big (gas production between 1000 - 4000 SCFD).

I need to use a small orifice plate, like 0,125", although the beta ratio is out of range.

Do you know some correction for estimate gas metering error when beta ratio is out of range?

Thanks.
