US units vs metric units

hello everybody,

I want to convert from US units to metric units for the Horner equation. I changed all parameters to given units but could not get the number 2148.8. Help me! no equation wrong!

psi to kPa divide by 0.145
hours to minutes multiply by 60
bbls/d to m3/d divide by 6.829
ft to meters divide by 3.28
log to the base 10

Did you try to put them all together?

The first line: 1psi = 6.894.7 kPa. And remember why do you need to change hours to minutes if they are canceled out already.

Because inside the loga is time above time, so we don't need to care if it's minute or hour (or even year) when doing unit conversion.

So the constant has to be
162.6*6.89476 (psi to kPa)
162.6*6.89476*0.305 (foot to metre because feet is at the denominator)
162.6*6.89476*0.305/0.159 (barrel to cubic meter)
Finally, it's about 2150, pretty close to 2148.8.
The difference may be due to the precision of the constants that we used to convert psi to kPa, foot to metre and barrel to cubic meter.

Thank all!! The problem was i didnt keep 0.159Q and 0.3048b separately!! shoot, stupid.
