I assume you are talking oil, since 3-5mD is not tight for gas....... in fact it's only marginally tight as far as oil is concerned... depending upon your oil vis
Simple answer -
- Frac
- Higher well density - so focus on drill & connect costs
- Focus on operational costs and reliability, because you will have a long tail
In order to develop fields of any sort of size with these perms it's all about your costs - CAPEX (because you will need quite a few wells to get the recovery factor & rates up) & OPEX becuase you'll be pumping for a long time
