All you need to do is perform sufficient calculations coverign the heat transfer between the heating medium (steam) and the heated medium (inner pipe contents) and the external environment (through the outer pipe insulation) and this will then enable you to determine the amount of condensate you will get. It's as simple as doing the calculations with the correct inputs.

I can do this calculation but in a company we have many variate inner pipe ( DN 25 , 40 , 65 , 100 ) and cover pipe , furthermore , for variate product ( in main pipe ) we use different steam ( 2 , 3.5 , 7 , 17 bar or warm water ) and add to calculation .
I think we should have a simple chart in standard that explain for certain O.D pipe & steam how many lenght we shoud give condensate & get fresh steam to line ?
