i need to check the piping felxibility of pump section and discharge jacketed piping via AUTO PIPE V 8i. Can anyone please share jacketed piping design guidlines for manual calcuation and AUOTPIPE tutorila for the same.....my email is zeshan361@hotmail.com

There is an example problem in the AutoPIPE help file, that should help you enough for the first time.
Go to "Modelling Approaches -> Modelling Approaches -> Pipes -> Jacketed Pipe"

However, I finished that example, and Im still having questions. Does anyone know of any better tutorial/example?
Also, this thread might better be moved to a different subforum (software or such).

If you are not sure employ a qualified competent Pipe Stress analyst to perform the task. There are too many "I've been on a 6 weeks course" Pipe Stress Engineers around!!!!!

DSB123...you are right ...as this is my first case of jacket piping before that i have been doing manual/soft stress analysis of insulated high temp/pressure piping. can you kindly do provide some guidlines or book to do it manually. As the we have been facing probelm in operation of NP melt solution centrifugal pump. when i have calcualated the suction/discharge allowable nozzle load based on ISO EN5199 ed 2002, i found that piping loads are exceeding than thsoe of the pump nozzle. So now i want to recheck the piping felxiblity as well. Hope you will get the scenerio...
