Crude Distillation Unit: Help with the internal reflux calculation

Hy all,

I hope that someone can help me with some examples for calculation the internal reflux in Crude Distillation Unit -The Main Fractionation Column
Basically should be the difference between the (pumparound flows+reflux flow)-(side draws flow of products) right?

But I want it to be more accurate this calculation and to introduce also the heat removed from the column.
Please, any advice is good, also an example should be useful.
