    Permissible Variations (Tolerances) in Pipe (Tube) Wall Thickness per ASME & API

    - Carbon, Ferritic Alloy, and Austenitic Alloy Steel Tubes as per ASME & ASTM: can be found from Para. 7 and Table 2 of ASME SA 450/SA 450M “Specification for General Requirements for Carbon, Ferritic Alloy, and Austenitic Alloy Steel Tubes” .

    - Alloy and Stainless Steel Pipes as per ASME & ASTM: can be found from Para. 9 of ASME SA 999/SA-999M “Specification For General Requirements for Alloy and Stainless Steel Pipe”
