Mounded vessels , what is the equivalent in USA of this EEMUA !!

1/does anyone has example of claculation or drawings of mounded = burried vessels with the action of the ground ??

2/I understoud that the solution is to add external stiffeners ??

3/a lot of such vessels have no saddles a lay continuously on the ground ?

4/How to model ground reaction and settlment ?

Knowing that EEMUA is european and not under ASME nor API !!

is there something in the litterature ? books ? aricles ??
