Pro Engineers Pls!! Career improvement advice

Hello all (Mohamed Elhagar et al),

I need help towards improving my career. Presently, I am employed as a FEED (i.e Front End Engineering Design) Electrical engineer. I've been doing this for over five (5) years and I am very pleased with it. However, I have very limited experience when it comes to construction and on-site work. Particularly operations and maintenance of installed electrical facilities. Now the question is how do I improve myself in this area. Are there any training/course/certification exams that I can go for?

I'm not electrical engineer so i can't help you in this subject but in general from you question you need to have field tour to get operation experience try to participate in any filed work ,also safety it very important item for development any careers try to attend some safety courses like
- OSHA general course
- OSHA construction course
- Area classification course
- electrical installation in hazard area
