I want to check the requirement of radiography on weld either 10% or 100% on flat head of cylindrical pressure vessels as per Rostechnadzor code. Basically its designed undert section VIII but it will be installed in the region where local Rostechnadzor codes apply.

Am too much confused abut this code. Any info on Rostechnadzor code will be much needfull for me. Thanks in advance.
