Regarding the GOSTs , to which discipline or subject are there related ???

1/ Normally we try to use valves according B16.34 and API 6D which are all with flanges B16.5

2/ to my knowledge russian standard for valves are based on PN and not #pounds

3/ Also in oil and gas the russian start with line classification , and then valve definition will follow (seat type , leakage ....)

4/ I have attached a GOST ? who knows , this might be helpfull
