Pump elevation can not be estimated from P&ID.
I don't know for what reason you need that information but
From Process point of view,
Generally we assume pump center @ 0.5 m / 0.75 m if there is no information available (for hydraulic calculation purpose).
but actually it depends on the size of pump + base plate height which will be provided by vendor.
