could you please advise what is the different between (WCONINJ ----- WCONIJNE) in the schedule section
what is the basis to use any one

The Eclipse reference manual documentation is excellent. Use it and use it often

Here's an extract of WCONINJ;
"This keyword can be used to set individual control targets and limits for injection wells, but it is an early keyword that has since been superseded by the simpler keyword WCONINJE, which is recommended in place of this one. WCONINJ has been retained for back-compatibility with old datasets."
