I need a table of equivalence of ASTM materials to GOST and vice versa

Does GASPROM has such a table ? do you have it.

I know for instance SHELL has a table of equivalence between ASTM and EN materials but not to GOST.

ASTM materials are accepted in Russia but not all of them ,
besides use at low temperature is limited or subjected to limitations.

The previous API's for air coolers and also fired heaters are know published under ISO and are acceptable in Russia providing some specific GOST rules are fullfilled

I can send copies for the ones who are involved in this.
