Anybody here who has a copy of the Automated Resource for Chemical Hazard Incident Evaluation (ARCHIE) software by FEMA? Currently conducting an environmental risk assessment and looking into using this program. Apparently* no copy is available online for download. Any help would be gladly appreciated.
