What would be the reason to find owc raised 15 feet in a recently drilled well after procing 2.5 MMSTBO from other wells?

The reservoir is probably connected to an active underlying aquifer. As oil is drained from the reservoir* there is water influx from the underlying aquifer; raising the OWC. If the reservoir is in fact experiencing a water drive* its pressure theoretically will not decrease significantly over time as the water influx will maintain a pressure close to initial reservoir pressure.
