Aspen Plus Error! Need Help!

Hello everybody!

I am using Aspen Plus (from ASPENONE v.7.1) for Biomass Gasification and whenever I try to put a Heat stream from one reactor to another this error occurs.

** ERROR
TAPP-LOOP NOT CONVERGED IN 35 ITERATIONS.

Does anybody know what this is and how can I solve this problem?

mmm, I have never got that error. Have you tried with a greater iterations limit?

Well I changed the iterations limit but nothing really happened. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this problem but thanks anyway!

I'm now dealing with a different problem.....
In the Power Law Input Kinetic Sheet, where you can define the kinetics of the reactions I don't know which reacting phase better suits my reactions,
For example, in the Boudouard reaction C(solid)+CO2(gas)=2CO(gas) that has both solid+gas phases, which is proper reacting phase?
Does anybody know what liquid 1 and liquid 2 refers to?

Hi, I think they refer to the phases formed when your system presents liquid-liquid equilibrium.

why don't you increase the iteration to 200
