    Best sotfware for Wind Modeling?

    What is the best software for Wind Modeling in the industry?

    What do you prefer?

    WindPro: back when involved in renewable, this was the one used/recommended by many, if what you need was the full site package and overall wind (plus extra like noise, some basic electrical) simulation
    Wasp: didn't used it as 'per se', but this is more an engine for wind energy calculation than a CAE for site simulation (actually it is even an option in WindPro to be used as the engine)
    WindSim: don't know, there are many other wind programs (for eg a pretty popular WindFarmer by GarradHassan)

    if a choice is needed, i would go for WindPro (using a hand calculator and common sense can also prove helpful in many cases )
