How to weld AISI 304 and low carbon steels by rotation friction welding ?

Because I can't looking for any materials about rotation friction welding joint aisi 304 to low carbon steels, then i thinking AISI 304 cant joint to low carbon steels by rotation friction welding.

If you know about that, please tell me how to do that or show me some materials. Thanks alot
