Can somebody post sample written scheme of examination followed in Process Plant for Static Equipment like Vessel, Heat Exchangers , Column & Tanks.

To start with:
for Schemes for vessels, drums, heat exchangers ,columns and also Piping I believe thes can be derived with some adaptation from API 510 and API 570.

For thanks schemes for external and internal inspections can both be derived/found in API 653 and in Europe from EEMUA 159.

Another suggestions: try to find them in DEP's
Shell Company has a set of standards called DEP's.
I believe you can find them in this forum by doing sum searching.
