Stator core loss

Hye.
Does anyone has detail and easy to understand for above test inclusive of actual test procedure and sample test result with photos?

Looking for sample report to detect c racks at the motor stator core.

If there is reference to IEEE,IEC,EASA would really appreciate it.

This may be a stupid idea. Why not take a motor with stator c.r.a.c.ks and test it? Perform the necessary tests to check if any values that will defer to the standard motor. My guess is SFRA will find it - provided that you have its base waveform to compare to.

I will not get too dependent on standards. You have to experiment and experience it.

we have tried to test the windingitself,it shows a good value.Balancing also were performed correctly including beating changing.

Need to know how to verify the stator core,the only part that we could not verify without special test equipment.

I need to know the acceptance value of such test also called stator loss test and also the correct procedure.
