Hello, I need some sort of literature regarding CCA/SCAL to start as a beginner. I only know very very basic about core analysis and SCAL, would be very thankful if you guys provide something to begin with, many thanks.

Take a look at the book "Petrophysics: Theory and Practice of Measuring Reservoir Rock and Fluid Transport Properties" by Djebbar Tiab and Erle C. Donaldson.
