Ex. Type PWHT equipment

Is there any sense in searching for availability of Ex. ( Explosion Proof ) PWHT equipment for pipe weld stress relieving job in Oil & Gas industry. I guess PWHT activity itself is creating hot surface. So logically there should be no requirement for looking for Ex. type equipment

PWHT will be done after the pipe is welded. Welding will generate an arc.
PWHT will be done on pipe that is of high thickness. Most likely this pipe will require pre-heating for quite a long time.

If the two above jobs can be done why does anyone require an ex-d PWHT equipment?

I do agree, but just for curiosity, and making sure that there is no such thing as Ex-d PWHT euuipment available in market. Not commercially atleast. Some one is trying to make a stupid condition like this for work to be carried out.
