Thermal radiation from tank fire

I want to calculate thermal radiation from storage tank fire.
Product: Naphtha
Tank type: Open floating roof, double deck roof
Dia: 45 m
Height : 12 m

Can anybody help me by providing some materials specially with worked example to calculate the thermal radiation and effect..........
