How to create a RESTART file in ECLIPSE?

Hi everybody!

i have a huge reservoir, i run in my laptop, so it run too slow (about 2 hours to finish). I want to create a RESTART file (*.UNRST) to when i simulate, i don't have to run in the begining. Anyboby know can tell me how to create it.
