Pig trap safety requirment

what is the safety installion requirment for pig reciver and pig launcher , i think in addation to relief scenarios and installion of PSV on the launcher/ receiver , we also need to install fuisble plug at pigtrap as fire detection but i search on API 14 c and don't find references to that , can help in guide me by the standard for fire detection requirement on Pig trap

industry standards, whilst informative, should be seen as setting the foundational requirements or baseline. It may be that in specific areas or for certain circumstances additional protection or safeguards may be required. These could be identified through risk assessment such as SIL / LOPA or fire & Explosion hazard management studies, etc.
Regarding the pig trap whilst the operational intent may be for this to be purged or padded with N2 when not in use there is always the possibility for ingress of HC into the launcher / receiver. I've seen launchers as large as 48", 56" . . . . essentially the same as small pressure vessels hence adequate protection for these should be provided.
