Thread: Neutron log confusion

  1. Neutron log confusion

    hello everybody

    1- I have different Neutron logs from the 1960s, some are declared neutron porosity others neutron neutron, but in the .las files they are different.
    For example in a document i see "NEUN" but in the las it's a "NEUP".

    2- A second problem, in a log's header i read "NEUN.%" then i see all values >180 or >500 that i suspect it's in PULSE/SECOND or API.

    3- I need neutron units conversion % <-> decp , %<->PULSE/SECOND and % <-> API.

    Best regards
    Abdelmoumen B.
