    FCCU and Hydrogen Cyanide Emissions

    The US Environmental Protection Agency recently found that many FCCUs operating in full burn mode release excess amounts of hydrogen cyanide pollution. Does anybody have an answer as to why this might be, or know how refineries may control/reduce these emissions?
