Choke size an bottom hole pressure

Assalam-o-Alaikum All,

I know, my question can be silly, but if you spare some time and answer this, I shall be thankful to you.

The question is:

"I want to operate my production on constant possible bottom hole pressure, lets say for example 3900 psia, but the smallest possible choke size available at the wellhead only allows me to operate at the bottom hole pressure of 3700 or less. What should I do"

Does this question make any sense?

Change the tubing string? Sounds kinda silly to do that since changing the chock would be a lot easier.
