Hi, everyone

I need some help in how to create a water flooding model in Eclipse, somebody can share a data file in order to see how it os building and how to estimate the wate injection rate for the field

Attached some simple tutorials to create a simple model from scratch in Petrel-RE. In addition, you can estimate/recommend optimum injection rates based on simple calculations such as:

1. Material Balance: compute injection rate required to keep a VRR (voidage replacement ratio) equal to 1 (or slightly higher than 1 if injection fluid losses are expected to occur).
2. Industry rule of thumb: compute injection rate equivalent to 0.1 pore volumes per year.

Both approaches are applicable at a pattern or field level. Finally compare all outputs.
