I had difficulty in down load this file. My computer is saving it as a .php file, and I am unable to look at the .pdf file. Could some one be kind enough to post a straight .pdf file on this forum, or provide a rapidshare/ ifile link . Least of all I will be thankful if it is mailed to my ID, avgpaul@gmail.com
