Lifting Frames

Dies anyone have an opinion on the testing required for a lifting frame, I'm unsure as to use the 25% overload test or the 100% overload test suggested by different bodies.

the applied load test will be affected by the capacity of the beam or frame . for example :
if the SWL was (0 -10 ) ton , the load test will be 2* SWL
if more it will be as mentioned in the attachment .
