In the following link you can find PSCAD 4.5.2 without the "m.edici.ne". This is the best program for electromagnetic transient simulations. I highly recommend it.

PSCAD 4.5.3 is out and we still don't have m.ed.cine for any of the V4.5.X versions...

Anybody can help us with the m.e.dicine?
