I want to evaluate requirement of post forming heat treatment for dished end. Fibre elongation as per UHA-44 is ~6%.

Design code : ASME Section VIII Division I
Dished end material : SA 240 S31803


What is the limiting strain value above which post forming heat treatment is required. This material is not listed in Table UHA-44.

Please help.
