Nitrogen Breathing

I need adequecy of a pressure storage vessle which has nitrogen pressurisation facility.
With a new pump added to the vessel for taking out the liquid, how to check the adequacy of Nitrogen balnketing system

The maximum flowrate which can be pumped out should be supplied by the blanketing system. The pressure control valve in the supply line has to have enough capacity. You can ask the PCV supplier, which Cv value you need. The requirements are also layed down in API 2000, i think.
