Problem: File setup.exe aspenone v8.3 don't working in windows 8.1 64 bit

Dear all,
I try install setup.exe aspenone v8.3 in windows 8.1 64bit, but it not working.
After clicking in setup.exe, it run about 10sec, and getting close.
I don't know why?
Who can help me?

P/s: My computer is asus VL551B, i7 4th, win 8 64 bit.

Run the *.msi file and not the setup.exe

Example:
AspenEngineeringV8.0.msi
AspenEngineeringV8.0_x64.msi
