Ammonia water tank

Dear All.

I need some help with an ammonia water (ammonium hydroxide) tank design.
We're planning to built a 2000 liter to tank to store ammonia 19% between 10 to 50 ºC.

Any useful information available? Any book reference?

I think it is better to send it for subcontracting if you can't do the job..

I'm sorry maybe I did not explain myself properly.
Tank is desing code AD2000 and will not be built by us, but I need help on how to deal with ammonia.
The problem is that some people is reporting me to install flame arrestors, others says that not needed, what I need is an information source on how shall I deal with ammonia or some example of typical instalation.
