Unhappy AFT Fathom - problems with pressure

    Could anyone help me?
I am running a simulation of a complex piping system for farmaceutical use. It runs ok but not with "spray balls". The pump I'm using delivers approximately 80 m3/h at a head of 120 m. For the vessels exit I ussed "assigned pressure" exits and it is working OK. For the spray balls I found out the "pressure drop curves" and/or "flow versus pressure". I used it on my simulation but the exit pressure for the spray balls are 15 bar (the pump delivers 12 bar!!!!!). Reading the Manual I found that the method of calculus used by AFT is first close the mass balance and after the energy (pressure). Seems to me that this the reason. Is it right? It doesn't work in a case like this? Could anyone help me? I could send the file with the simulation to help better understand.
    Best regards
