    Pipeline Design Design Factor

    Hi All,

    How do I derive/determine the design factor for a pipeline?

    I am doing a risk assessment for a pipeline and need the design factor to give credits. However, I am unable to find out how to get the design factor.

    Refer to asme 31.8 for gas pipelines and asme 31,4 for liquid pipelines
